Our team provides machinery installation and relocation, from a single machine to a whole production facility. This includes initial inspection, risk assessment, planning, appropriate licenses, project management, heavy lifting, transportation, mechanical and electrical services, and PLC programme and commissioning.

We specialise in large, complex and deep diamond core drilling, capable of 10mm to 2m diameter and unlimited depth. We also conduct cold cutting works, accompanied by design and customisation for specialist tooling solutions.

Anchor bolts prevent excessive movement and wear on moving parts such as the bearings, rotors, mechanical seals, couplings and crankshafts.

We design replacement bolts that allow for stretch within the bolt’s elastic limit, that are suitably resilient to dynamic loads and that accommodate the appropriate creep of the foundations with respect to bolt stretch.

Spherical washers are used to prevent point loading of the nut due to misalignment of nut boss and the equipment frame. This prevents bolts from breaking below the nut due to a stress plane created by point loading. Our team provides a range of services using state-of-the-art calibrated equipment, including:

• Bolt torqueing
• Hydraulic bolt tensioning
• Bolt elongation using ultrasonic measurement
• Manufacture, supply and installation of multi jack bolt nut assemblies

Our structural clamping services contribute to structural integrity management and best practice methods to ensure effective maintenance and life extension of offshore structures.

Each clamp is designed for each application. They are fitted offshore and the annulus between the clamp and structural element is grouted with either high-strength cement or epoxy grout materials to restore or add structural capacity.

Robotic demolition provides a safer and more efficient solution compared to hand-held demolition equipment.

As part of our foundations strengthening and repair services, ESI Tech Group deploys robotic demolition equipment for the safe and rapid removal of concrete. 

We use the latest techniques in ultra-high pressure hydro demolition, employing powerful jets of water for cutting and blasting.
